1. Who We Are
Blosposure ("we," "us," "our") sells original digital and print media products, including but not limited to comic books, illustrated stories, and related digital downloads, through blosposure.com.
2. Digital Products
When you purchase a digital product (including but not limited to PDF downloads), you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, publicly display, upload, share, or otherwise make available any digital product, in whole or in part, without our prior written permission. Each purchase entitles you to one digital copy; your download link is time-limited and will expire after a set window, after which you may contact us for a replacement link if needed. All digital sales are final. Because digital goods are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned," we do not offer refunds once a download link has been issued or accessed, except where a file is defective or corrupted, in which case contact us for a replacement download.
3. Print Products
Physical print products are produced and fulfilled through a third-party print-on-demand service. Ship times are estimates, not guarantees, and may vary based on the fulfillment provider's production schedule. We are not liable for delays, damages, or losses caused by shipping carriers or the print fulfillment provider once an order has been submitted for production. Claims for items damaged in transit or defective in manufacturing should be directed to us at the contact below, and we will do our best to assist, but resolution may be subject to the fulfillment provider's own policies.
4. Limited Editions
Where a product is marketed as a "Limited Edition" or with a stated print cap (e.g., "Limited Edition A"), that cap refers to the total number of copies of that specific edition we intend to print and is provided as a marketing representation, not a warranty of investment value, rarity enforcement by any third party, or resale value. We make no guarantees regarding the future value or collectibility of any limited edition product.
5. Intellectual Property
All content associated with Blosposure, including but not limited to story text, artwork, characters, branding, logos, and design elements, is the property of Blosposure and is protected by copyright. Purchasing a product does not transfer any ownership or intellectual property rights to the buyer beyond the limited personal-use license described above. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any Blosposure content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
6. No Warranties
Products are sold "as is." We do not guarantee that products will meet every expectation, and we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blosposure's total liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount paid for that specific product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site or purchase of products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
